UNDERSTANDING ADHD
ADHD affects far more than attention. Children, young people and adults with ADHD may experience difficulties with organisation, time management, planning, task completion, emotional regulation, working memory and maintaining focus on tasks that do not immediately capture their interest.
ADHD coaching provides practical support to help individuals understand their strengths, develop effective strategies and build greater confidence and independence.

What is ADHD Coaching?
ADHD coaching is a practical, solution-focused approach that helps individuals develop strategies to manage everyday challenges.
Coaching is not therapy, counselling or tutoring. It focuses on identifying goals, building effective habits and developing practical approaches that can be applied at home, in education or the workplace.
