Booking
Appointments are confirmed once agreed by both parties and the deposit has been paid.
Fees
Fees are payable as agreed before the assessment report is released.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. The booking deposit is non-refundable, but one appointment may be rescheduled without additional cost.
Dyslexia Assessment Terms
The assessment includes the assessment session, a written report, and a feedback discussion. Reports are based on the information available at the time of the assessment and represent the assessor's professional opinion. Assessment reports are intended to inform educational, workplace, or support planning. Acceptance of recommendations by third parties remains at their discretion.
Confidentiality
Information will be treated confidentially, except where disclosure is required by law or where written permission has been given by the client.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, please contact Dyslexia Tests UK in the first instance so that the matter can be investigated and resolved.
