Gain a clearer understanding of your strengths, challenges and support needs through a comprehensive, evidence-based assessment with practical recommendations tailored to you.
Before the assessment
We'll begin with a brief introductory call to discuss your concerns and explain the process. You'll then complete a small number of screening questionnaires and a background history questionnaire before the assessment. It will be helpful if someone who knows you well can provide background information and a different perspective.
During the assessment
The assessment interview can be completed either in person or online. We'll spend around 60 - 90 minutes exploring your experiences of attention, organisation, impulsivity and executive functioning in everyday life. The structured DIVA-5 interview helps ensure the assessment is thorough and evidence-based. Many people feel more relaxed completing the interview from the comfort of their own home. If you wish, a partner, family member or trusted friend can also be present to provide support or contribute relevant information where appropriate.
We'll also consider other possible explanations for your symptoms, including co-occurring learning differences, so that recommendations are tailored to your individual needs. The impact of your symptoms on education and employment will be fully explored.
After the assessment
Within 7 - 10 days you'll receive your report followed by a feedback session where we will go through the findings, discuss practical recommendations and answer any questions.

Why choose this assessment?
Unlike a simple screening questionnaire, this assessment explores how the symptoms associated with ADHD affect your education, employment and everyday life.
It combines developmental history, structured interview, multiple sources of evidence and consideration of functional impact to build a picture of your strengths, difficulties and support needs.
The focus is not simply on identifying difficulties with attention and executive functioning, but on providing practical recommendations that can be used immediately.
This assessment will consider other potential causes of your difficulties and other learning differences where appropriate.
